Location

EastPoint is Dublin’s only central office park, located beside the Irish Financial Services Centre, the newly purpose-built Convention Centre overlooking the river Liffey, and other landmarks such as the recently renovated O2 concert venue and the brand new Grand Canal Theatre.  O'Connell Street, Dublin city's main thoroughfare is less than 20 minutes walk away.  Close by is Croke Park, the home of Gaelic Games, and the newly constructed Aviva Stadium is also within striking distance of this thriving business community.  On EastPoint's doorstep is the Dublin Port Tunnel which provides access to Ireland’s motorway network, meaning that Dublin airport is a mere 10 minutes away.

EastPoint is easily accessed, with The Point LUAS station and Clontarf Dart Station only a short stroll away.  Connolly and the Docklands train stations are also convenient options for those accessing the park, and don't forget that The EastPoint Shuttle bus provides a FREE service to all of these stations making life particularly easy for commuters.
